FAQs

Q. What type of confidentiality do you practice with your clients, when you are working with multiple people in the same or similar industries.
A. The UTMOST. We protect your intelligent property

Intelligent product created from ANY engagement bound by an agreement is confidential, except as required by law. We will not disclose to anyone any strategies that are specific and exclusive to our clients. We reserve the right to speak about, but not revealing, details of successes that come from any strategies that have proved profitable for our clients; however we will NOT discuss any details of our strategy sessions or implementation practices.

Q. What type of engagement do you provide?
A. We provide “COACHING“, CO-MANAGED“, and “MANAGED” engagement platforms.

COACHING, is exactly how it is sounds. You are the player that executes and we are the coach that comes up with game plans and invite your input as to what you think you see in the “field” (your industry).

CO-MANAGED, is for those who want to have a little more hands on, even though initially you may not know what you are doing. We do most of the technical “heavy lifting”, with mild instruction; but you still get to do all the fun cute stuff.

MANAGED is where we manage all of your engagement for you. From Blog Posts, Social Media Posts, and also provide Email Administration at an additional cost.

ALL ENGAGEMENT PLATFORMS COME WITH EMAIL MARKETING & ENGAGEMENT COACHING, INCLUDED.

Q. How long are your engagement agreements?
A. An initial minimum 3 calendar month (roughly 90 day commitment).

We love all of our clients so we want to make it as easy of a transition as possible, into what can be a very intimidating and scary place; we eliminate that with initial short term measurable agreements. Besides it takes AT LEAST 30 Days of CONSISTENCY and COMMITMENT on BOTH our parts to really get a grasp on what needs to be done for each the client and how we partner with them for their success.

Think about this: The reason quarterly earnings reports are used as a measuring stick or benchmark; in most corporations, is because it takes about 90 days (or a quarter of a year) to determine what is working for a company, what should be tweaked or adjusted, etc.
